Miradoris is a fully managed platform. No software is installed on customer devices. Operators access the system through a secure web interface. All infrastructure is owned, operated, and maintained by Miradoris.

Deployment models

Two deployment options, one platform

On-Premises

For environments that require full data sovereignty, Miradoris deploys dedicated hardware on-site. The same web interface runs locally on the customer network, with remote monitoring and support from the Miradoris operations team.

Location-aware edge instances

Each physical location gets one or more dedicated edge instances. These handle real-time data collection, control signal dispatch, and local device communication without depending on constant cloud connectivity.

Real-time data collection

Continuous ingestion of sensor readings, device telemetry, and environmental data. Edge instances buffer and pre-process data locally before forwarding to the platform core.

Control signal dispatch

Commands originating from operators or automated workflows are routed through edge instances to humanoids and devices with minimal latency. Local execution ensures responsiveness even during network interruptions.

Device connectivity

Native protocol support for MQTT, ROS 2, OPC UA, MAVLink, and REST endpoints. Edge instances bridge between device-native protocols and the Miradoris platform layer.

Access model

No software on customer devices

Miradoris is accessed exclusively through a secure web interface. There is no client application, no agent, and no SDK installed on customer infrastructure. Operators log in from any modern browser. The platform source code and binaries are never distributed to customers.

Browser-based access only

No installers, no agents, no plugins. Operators access Miradoris through a standard web browser.

No customer-side dependencies

The platform requires nothing installed on customer workstations, laptops, or mobile devices.

Source code never distributed

Platform source code and compiled binaries remain exclusively on Miradoris-controlled infrastructure.

Centralized update deployment

All platform updates are deployed by Miradoris. Customers receive new features and patches without any action required.

For on-premises deployments, Miradoris provides branded, pre-configured compute hardware. These units are remotely monitored and maintained by the Miradoris operations team with secure remote access for diagnostics, updates, and support.

Continuous health checks, performance metrics, and automated alerting. Issues are detected before they impact operations.

Firmware updates, OS patches, and application upgrades deployed remotely. No customer intervention required.
