With Us

We are building the operational intelligence layer for physical environments. The foundation is in place. Now we need the right people to bring it to market.

These are not job postings in the traditional sense. We are looking for founding members who want to build something from the ground up. Early equity, real ownership, and the chance to shape a company before it scales.

I started coding at nine. Since then I have done a bit of everything: online marketing, CTO and CPO roles, sold software, sold baby products, ran IT services. I have always been building things and figuring out how to bring them to market. But the more I studied how physical operations actually work, the clearer one thing became: the hardware is getting better every year, humanoids are becoming real, autonomous drones are already flying, IoT sensors are everywhere, but the software that ties it all together barely exists. Most companies end up duct-taping vendor dashboards into something that kind of works.

There is something else that does not get enough attention. The next generation of operators and supervisors grew up on real-time strategy games and simulation software. They are accustomed to managing dozens of units on a map, issuing commands with precision, and monitoring complex systems at a glance. Enterprise software for physical operations should meet that standard of interactivity and spatial awareness. Most of it does not come close. Miradoris is designed with that expectation in mind.

Right now, Miradoris is a passion project. I am building it alongside other work, doing market research, and talking to people in the industry to understand the real pain points. But the conviction is there. This is the missing layer: a single platform where every robot, drone, sensor, and field team can be orchestrated through one coherent system. Where data from any vendor gets mapped into a shared operational picture automatically.

Palantir proved that a unified data platform for decision-making is worth over $200B. But in the physical world, in the space where robots, drones, and sensors actually operate, there is no intelligence layer. Nobody is building the operating system. The big companies do not have the flexibility. The startups are chasing easier problems. That leaves the door wide open.

I am not looking for people who want a job. I am looking for people who see the same gap I do and want to close it. The kind of people who would build this even if nobody asked them to. I want to make something impactful, and I need the right people to do it with.

Three roles that define the company

Each role is critical to getting Miradoris from proof of concept to paying customers. You will not be employee number 50 executing someone else's playbook.

Domain Insider / Founding Business Development

Fractional or Part-Time · Equity + Compensation

This is the most important hire we will make. We need someone who has spent 10+ years in utilities inspection, construction operations, facility management, or drone services. Not a sales professional in the conventional sense, but someone who has the phone numbers, understands the procurement process, knows the budgets and buying triggers, and can walk into a room with credibility that cannot be faked.

In these industries, warm introductions are worth 50x more than cold outreach. We need the person who knows exactly who needs this and how to get in front of them.

What this looks like
  • Identify and prioritize the right first customers for Miradoris
  • Open doors through your existing network and industry relationships
  • Shape the go-to-market strategy based on how these industries actually buy
  • Help translate real operational pain points into product requirements
  • Guide pilot engagements from first conversation to signed contract

Founding Engineer

1-2 Positions · Full-Time or Contract · Equity + Compensation

Miradoris orchestrates physical operations across humanoid robots, drones, IoT devices, and existing enterprise systems. The core challenge is integration: making these systems talk to each other and respond to a unified command layer. The operational interface draws from real-time strategy and simulation design patterns, and candidates with game development experience, particularly in building real-time interactive environments and map-based control surfaces, are strongly encouraged to apply. Pilots always surface unexpected requirements, and we need engineers who can keep the platform running while adapting it to real-world conditions fast.

What this looks like
  • Build and maintain integrations with humanoid platforms, drone systems, and IoT devices
  • Design APIs and connectors that bridge manufacturer SDKs with the Miradoris orchestration layer
  • Adapt the platform rapidly based on pilot feedback and field conditions
  • Own reliability and performance during live customer engagements
  • Build and refine the RTS-inspired operational control panel for real-time asset coordination and task dispatch
  • Work across the stack, from device communication protocols to spatial data pipelines to the front end

Field Engineer / Deployment

Contract or Part-Time · Equity + Compensation

Miradoris runs at the edge. Every customer site needs physical infrastructure set up: edge compute instances, network configuration, device connectivity, and validation that the platform is operating correctly in that specific environment. This is hands-on work at real locations, not remote configuration.

What this looks like
  • Install and configure edge platform instances at customer sites
  • Set up local networking, device pairing, and connectivity with robots, drones, and sensors
  • Validate deployments end-to-end before handing off to the customer
  • Document site-specific configurations and feed learnings back to the engineering team
  • Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues on the ground during pilots
Why now

The most impactful stage

The foundation is in place. The thesis is clear. What we need next is the team that takes it from proof of concept to paying customers. This is the stage where the right two or three people have more impact than they will at any other point in the company. You will be defining how Miradoris goes to market.

What we value
Depth over breadth
People who go deep on hard problems instead of skimming the surface.
Ship, then iterate
We would rather release something real and improve it than design in a vacuum.
Ownership
You take responsibility for your work, start to finish. No hand-offs, no finger-pointing.
Clear communication
Say what you mean. Ask when you do not know. Write things down.
