The Operating System for
Physical Environments
One platform to coordinate robots, drones, sensors, and teams across any physical operation.
Physical operations run on fragmented software
Every robot, drone, sensor, and field system ships its own control software. Operators juggle dozens of disconnected interfaces.
No unified data model, no cross-vendor coordination, no single source of truth. Each system is an island.
Redundant workflows, manual handoffs, blind spots between systems. The cost compounds at every layer of the operation.
When hardware commoditizes, the value shifts to orchestration
We have seen this before. It happened in cloud computing before Kubernetes. It happened in business data before Salesforce. Every time hardware becomes commodity, whoever builds the coordination layer wins.
Humanoids are shipping. Autonomous drones are flying. IoT sensors are everywhere. The hardware wave has arrived. The orchestration layer has not.
"The next trillion-dollar infrastructure company will not make hardware. It will make hardware work together."
Miradoris: vendor-neutral operational intelligence
A single platform that ingests data from any device, maps it into a unified semantic model, and lets operators manage everything from one interface.
Unified semantic model for every asset, location, task, and rule. Vendor-neutral by design.
Ingests data from any vendor format. Schema discovery and field mapping happen automatically.
Natural language to executable automation. LLM-powered decision nodes with human-in-the-loop controls.
Live map interface with asset tracking, task management, and natural language command execution.
Three layers, one platform
Ingest everything
MQTT, ROS 2, OPC UA, MAVLink, DJI, REST, WebSocket, CDC. Any protocol, any vendor, any format.
Model and understand
Spatial ontology maps every data point into a coherent semantic model. AI workflows turn raw data into actionable decisions.
Coordinate and act
Unified command interface for every asset. Dispatch humanoids, reroute drones, trigger workflows. One platform, one view.
A massive and rapidly expanding market
Every industry that operates in the physical world is becoming a potential customer. The TAM grows with every new robot, drone, and sensor deployed.
Every humanoid needs a coordination layer. None of them ship one.
Fleet management across vendors is an unsolved problem at scale.
Billions of sensors generating data that goes nowhere useful.
Energy, agriculture, logistics, manufacturing, construction, defense.
Anywhere physical meets digital
Offshore wind clusters
Coordinate inspection drones, maintenance crews, and turbine telemetry from one platform. Replace manual spreadsheets with automated dispatch.
Assembly plant operations
Humanoid workers, AGVs, quality sensors, and human teams all visible and coordinated in real time. One task queue, one view.
Smart farming
Autonomous tractors, crop drones, soil sensors, and irrigation systems managed as a single coherent operation instead of separate vendor apps.
Warehouse orchestration
Pick robots, sorting arms, conveyor systems, and dock scheduling. Unified task assignment across mixed-vendor fleets.
Tank terminal monitoring
Safety sensors, inspection drones, mobile patrol units, and environmental monitoring in a single operational picture.
Site coordination
Survey drones, heavy machinery, material tracking, and crew scheduling. Live site awareness for project managers.
Platform SaaS with usage-based scaling
Platform subscription
Annual seat-based pricing for the core platform. Ontology, data mapping, operations interface, and workflow engine included.
Usage-based compute
AI workflow executions, data ingestion volume, and connected asset count drive incremental revenue as deployments scale.
Professional services
Custom integrations, onboarding, and deployment assistance for enterprise customers with complex operational environments.
Built-in expansion: Revenue grows naturally with each new device, site, or team added to a customer deployment. No reselling required.

Where we are today
RTS-inspired interactive map with live asset tracking, task dispatch, and multi-vendor visualization. Designed for a workforce raised on spatial, real-time interfaces. Working and demonstrable.
Spatial ontology, data mapping engine, and workflow system being built with a focus on robustness and security.
Looking for companies willing to deploy and test the platform in real operational environments.
Built by operators, for operators
Balint Horvath
Founder
Started coding at nine. Spent career building and managing technology products. Studied physical operations across energy, agriculture, industrial, and logistics environments.
Identified the core gap: hardware is getting smarter every year, but the software layer that ties different vendors together barely exists. Built Miradoris to fix that.
Actively building the founding team. Hiring strategy includes engineers with distributed systems and spatial data experience, domain experts from target industries, and interaction designers with game development or simulation backgrounds for the real-time control interface.
